What can I do if my water has stopped?
The first thing to do is check your breakers, then check your pressure switch. The pressure switch is a small box next to the pressure tank.

What can I do if I have low water pressure?
Check your inline filter. If it’s plugged up, change it. You may also want to try bypassing your water softener. If your water softener is plugged, it will need service.

What can I do if my pump is popping the breaker?
Check the pressure switch. Find the wire at the wellhead where the wire from the house and pump is spliced and check it for any damage.

What’s wrong if my pump cycles even when I’m not using any water?
There may be a problem with the check valve in the pump, or you may have a hole in the water line from the pump to the tank.

What’s wrong if my water is dirty?
You may be experiencing a problem with your pressure tank, or you may have a hole in your pipes.

What’s wrong if my pump kicks in and out when the water is in use?
The problem is probably the pressure tank and will require professional service. You may also have a leak in your water line.
