Diminished well water pressure, called Northland they arrived within 36 hrs of calling. Flushed well and installed a new pump and wiring. Pressure now restored. Professional service

Had an issue Saturday night with system. No Water! Called office number, got VMS advising me to contact Rick or Lee for emergency. Got a hold of Rick and he spent 20-30 minutes on phone, helping me troubleshoot. Got it up and running. Sunday morning, before I had a chance to call to update condition, Rick called me. All was well. I called in Monday morning to get service call to assure issue was not going to arise again. Chris was able to stop by early afternoon. He changed out Pressure Switch and gage. Very impressed with the Customer Service. Had an issue Saturday night with system. No Water! Called office number, got VMS advising me to contact Rick or Lee for emergency. Got a hold of Rick and he spent 20-30 minutes on phone, helping me troubleshoot. Got it up and running. Sunday morning, before I had a chance to call to update condition, Rick called me. All was well. I called in Monday morning to get service call to assure issue was not going to arise again. Chris was able to stop by early afternoon. He changed out Pressure Switch and gage. We had been having very “hard water” for years. Over many years we Replaced the Water heater, pressure tank, water softer thinking this would all help and then we lost significant water pressure. Called Northland and they were out with in minutes as “they happened to be in the neighborhood” 😉 perfect! Their entire team was professional, friendly, timely, and now that our pump is fully functional again we no longer have very hard water. It’s now clean and beautiful. I almost cried. Thank you to all who came to our rescue !

Absolutely top notch outfit. We called them after 5 pm on a monday and they were there in 2 hours and fixed my well in an hour. Impressive to say the least!!

I wish I could give more stars. My water stopped working on a Monday, could not get anyone local (Brainerd) to help. Despite being very busy, Northland was out there the next morning and had my water running(with more pressure than ever)in less than an hour. Thank you so much, I highly recommend this company.

Very pleased. Office staff was nice and happy., Technicians were efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly. They came out to house the morning we called, found the problem and fixed it very quickly. We were so happy, would highly recommend.

My water pump for my well went out on a Saturday. I had service within 1 hour! The service was fast, knowledgeable and friendly! The serviceman was thoroughly equipped, even though the old pump was corroded, and falling apart. I would recommend Northland! I had water again within 2 hours! Thank you Northland!
